No matter how hard we try our packages to be delivered fast and in perfect conditions, sometimes orders get lost or arrive broken. 

We have always offered immediate solutions to our clients. We encourage you to contact Customer Service at: customerservice@linonatura.com


Can I add a birthday gift message in my order?

Absolutely, we can add a message to your order.

You can write it at ‘Special instructions for seller’ at the check out specially designated to leave any message or instructions for us.

That’s where you let us know the birthday gift message you want to add to the order.

We do not include receipts in orders that are “for a gift”.

Please take into account now it's taking from 2 to 3 weeks to ship; however, as we mention on the web, due to COVID 19 shipments can take up to 40 days.


Where are our products made?

You can find the origin of our products in the product description.


Some of our products are made in Russia, Portugal, Argentina & Australia, by some expert artisans, and some other toys are made in China. You can check the origin of each of our products in the product description. 

All the products we offer are made of FDA approved materials, they're CPSC tested and compliant. Also, paintings and materials of the toys are non-toxic, free of PVC, lead, latex, phthalates, and BPAs.


Regarding some of our products being manufactured in China (it usually brings worries to some clients),  these products are made under exhaustive quality control processes using premium materials. We do so to offer the best possible deal to our customers.


Where is my product?

**Due to the effects of COVID-19, some packages could be delayed up to 40 Days. We will work with customers on a case by case basis to ensure that customers are 100% satisfied with their Lino Natura customer experience.

  • US and Canada: 5 - 16 days
  • Australia and New Zealand: 7 - 19 days
  • Europe: 9 - 17 days
  • Latin America: 10 - 25 days
  • Africa: 10 - 25 days
  • Other countries: 14 - 30 days
  • Busy Season: 20-40 Days

Exceptions apply. Unfortunately, due to some specific customs procedures, the delivery to some countries is not available at this time. We don’t ship to OFAC sanctions country list: Balkans, Belarus, Burma, Cote D'Ivoire (Ivory Coast), Cuba, Democratic Republic of Congo, Iran, Iraq, Liberia, North Korea, Sudan, Syria, and Zimbabwe.

Premium Handmade Toys:

  • These toys are handmade on demand by our artisans. Shipping times on these products can take 1 to 3 months. 

My order figures as delivered but I haven’t received it

We recommend you contact the nearest local office and inquire about the package.

I haven’t received all the items of my order

Due to the current situation (COVID-19), shipment and Custom steps are taking more time than usual, so we are shortening our shipping times by sending the products of your order separately, this means items of some orders can arrive on different days.



I don’t see updates on my tracking

Probably you won't see any updates in the first days because the order is still being processed, but you will be able to see the status on the following days.


I want to change something in my order (address, product variant ...)


All changes in the order must be advised to Customer Service within the 12 hours of purchase.


As much as we would like to help you solve the changes in your order, once that time has passed, the order will be already in the dispatch stage, and cancellation or change is no longer an option. We apologize for this experience.
